Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop staff, delegating duties, and that the appropriate method of repair is adhered to
• Process vehicles upon arrival
• Assist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables
• Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective quality repairs are carried out
• Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations
• Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop
• Run production meetings to communicate priorities to staff.
• Perform in-process quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
• Immediately identify and address any quality issues or production delays.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to the delivery of the vehicle to customers

The Candidate:

• 2+ years of body shop experience including Body, Paint, Estimating, or Management
• Previous experience in a similar management role within the industry
• Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
